1313 North Market St welcomes partner Hospitality HQ as they break ground on a new 12,000 square-foot food and indoor/outdoor entertainment venue on the 1313 campus.
The Chancery Market and The Chancery Plaza, slated to open in late 2022, will feature 11 curated vendor stalls, including The Nectar Bar. The Chancery Market will feature both shared and private dining space, seating for 233, and indoor/outdoor bar. The connected outdoor area will feature a communal plaza with seating for 150, space for activities and live entertainment.
“The Chancery is the beginning of an exciting transformation at 1313 N Market,” said building representative Scott Johnson. “We are incredibly impressed with the creativity we’ve seen from the HospitalityHQ team and believe that The Chancery will be an important amenity not only to our tenants, but a place where our community will feel welcomed to gather and commune.”
Hospitality HQ (HHQ) is a Brooklyn-based creative consulting and management group offering bespoke solutions for culinary-driven concepts across the United States. They are currently seeking a wide variety of concepts to fill the vendor stalls and would like to attract various styles of global cuisine with reimagined specialties and minority-owned businesses.
